Executing and optimizing campaigns through our PRISMA, GALILEO, and ECO products
Generating dynamic reports and immersive data experiences (e.g., GALILEO)
Fulfilling contractual obligations with our B2B clients
Ensuring product quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement

BREAK does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties without express consent, unless required by law or a competent authority.

4. Data Sharing and Access

Data received from Meta is managed internally by BREAK. We do not grant access to external vendors or third parties for data processing or commercial use.

5. Response to Government or Legal Requests

BREAK has not shared personal data with public authorities in relation to national security matters in the past 12 months.

In the event of receiving an official request, BREAK follows these internal protocols:

Mandatory legal review of each request
Right to challenge unlawful or inappropriate requests
Data minimization policy: only the strictly necessary information is disclosed
Full documentation of each request, response, involved parties, and legal reasoning
